  • Financial Menopause™ Checkup responses: When you complete the Checkup at quiz.girlpower.finance, we collect your email address and your responses to the diagnostic questions, which we use to generate your personalized toolkit.
  • Consultation booking information: If you book a consultation through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and any information you provide when scheduling. Calendly's privacy practices are governed by their own policy.

Information collected automatically

  • Cookies: Our website, Financial Menopause™ Checkup, and embedded third-party services may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, preferences, scheduling, and analytics. The embedded Calendly scheduling tool may also use cookies and similar technologies under Calendly's privacy practices. 3. Website and App Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use girlpower.finance and quiz.girlpower.finance. GA4 may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate geographic location, device and browser information, referring URLs, and interactions with links and features. We also record aggregate events when a visitor starts or completes the Financial Menopause™ Checkup. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, Checkup answers, results, scores, financial information, or other sensitive information to GA4. Google processes Analytics data according to its privacy policy. You may limit cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you've requested
  • Deliver your Financial Menopause™ Checkup results and personalized toolkit
  • Send you occasional emails related to Girl Power Finance content, services, or updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Improve our website, content, and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:

  • Email communications: You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
  • Access, update, or delete your information: You can request a copy of the personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing patricia@girlpowerfinance.net.
  • Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
