These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at girlpowerfinance.net, the Financial Menopause™ Checkup at app.financialmenopause.net, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Financial Menopause™ Checkup is a self-guided diagnostic tool designed to help you reflect on your financial situation. The results and toolkit you receive are generated based on the answers you provide and are intended for educational and self-assessment purposes. They are not personalized financial advice and should not be treated as such.

5. Intellectual Property

"Financial Menopause™" is a trademark of Girl Power Finance / Dr. Patricia Ross. The content of this website — including text, images, graphics, designs, logos, the Checkup methodology, and the layout — is owned by or licensed to Girl Power Finance and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view, share, and quote brief excerpts of our content for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution. You may NOT copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Consultations and Services

Girl Power Finance currently offers free consultation calls and the Financial Menopause™ Checkup at no charge. If paid services — such as workshops, group programs, or one-on-one coaching packages — are introduced in the future, additional terms specific to those engagements will apply and will be provided separately at the time of purchase.

7. Your Conduct

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
